Technical issues to contact RESOLUTION CENTER

Since October 23, 2020, when I try to contact Resolution Center, it sends me the following message:
Sorry, our system is temporarily unavailable.Please try again later or you can try to resolve the issue by contacting the seller.
Then it appears to me: "Go back to eBay Help."
I enter the order reference number, I check that I have a problem with the product that has not arrived, "Get help with an item that hasn't arrived"
 I get the message "Sorry, our system is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later or you can try to resolve the issue by contacting the seller." and I take it from the beginning without solving the problem.
Do you have any idea when this will be fixed?

I see you are registered in Romania.

Did you make the purchase on ebay.com, or did you use a different country site, such as ebay.de or ebay.co.uk?

Are the seller and the item still listed on eBay? If the item has been removed and you did not receive a message from eBay about that, you may have to pursue a case through PayPal or your payment method.

Otherwise, if you are unable to use the Resolution Center link, you may have to contact eBay directly.

Your best option may be to contact eBay using social media.
