Top item in to do list is "relist it" wont relist or remove

So yea not a big deal but still irritating.  I have an item in my to do list that says relist it but when you click the button to relist it you just get an error. And theyre is no way to remove it that I can find.  I like to have a clean to do list and its annoying.

Any way to fix this?
