Too many tech issues for 1 month!!!!!!

Morning, I wanted to check with everyone to see that I am not the only one experiencing a an unusal number of issues this past month. I have been selling oon ebay since 2009, I had a the premier store for about 6 years and just over a month ago upgraded to the anchor store. I have had more issues, that I have called on weekly, in 1 month than I have had in all of the past 6 years. I know that many others have experienced the same issues: In May I was unable to log on for a good bit of a day, could not access anything and I am a seller that constantly rewrites, adjust listing and monitors everything. In June all heck has broke loss: my views (for over 2400 items) has disappeared and has hardly been repaired, aout 2 weeks ago all of my photo gallery pictures for items that were automatically relisted were lost (in over 60 items) and part of these the pics have been put back, my tracking uploading went in a matter of minutes from 100% down to 80% and dropped my seller level temporarily, this was fixed. But now, I have called this morning on a new, ebay implemented item, it seems that now ebay is controlling how & when I can put on a sale. I now can not put newly listed items on sale for 14 days, if an item just came off of sale I can not put it back on for 14 days and there was another new rule. I am paying $299.99 a month to be told when I can put on a sale in my store, not right ebay. I will end listing of old merchandise, rewrite them and relist them I do this weekly to try and keep the keywords fresh and now I am being penalized for this. Ebay does not take this into account, as store owners we should be able to determine the parameters of our store promotions. I also use the promoted listing but these are not limited in scope. I never put a new piece of merchendise on sale for months, so I think you are harming sellers that are trying to move old items so we can add new merchandise. I spoke with a very nice lady at ebay this morning but I want this issue to get to top levels of the management.  And also, there has been a problem this month with e checks being processed. Has anyone else had these issues? I love selling on ebay and want to continue to grow but this has been a very frustrating month for a longtime active selling..... HELP!

Interesting to to check out eBay downtime online and discover outages correspond exactly to days with poor sales. It all seems to be seriously broken.

Good thing eBay has so much respect for it's sellers that they keep us proactively informed and compensated for our losses......

I'm having all of the issues everyone else is.  Sales down, buyers cant see photos, at least 90 listings have no photos.

 

On top of all of that, We've been overcharged since last year for our subscription.  Weve been here for 10 years and were subscribed to the anchor store at $299. Per ebay terms, you have to opt out as its usually in their favor to keep you tethered.

 

At one point they gave me a credit due to mass problems and apparently they unsubscribed me when doing it. Its about $400 in overcharges. At least one other had this issue, hopefully, they dont give me  hard time, its their own policy and I never changed it.  Weve been on target to have a crazy biggest year but things are just going wrog every turn. Somehow, this si profitable for them?

Ebay is disgusting!!! They hold us sellers to standards above and beyond, we can't mess anything up with out it being a cost one way or another. Yet they screw things up left and right and never suffer consequences only ones to loss are the seller! They forget who there actual customers are. It's us the SELLER not the buyers!!! Wish there where better options!!

You think your situation is bad? I have been relisting my items the same day I cancelled them. (Day they were to renew) and while doing that I found that around 80% of my listings now only have one picture. Seeing as how I have over 1200 listings this is a nightmare. Now what?

AND, I just read where if you cancel yor listings you can not put them back on your existing sale for 14 days. This can not be true, can it? Been here since 2002 and it is getting so bad now!
