Can't switch off calculated shipping rule

Hi,

I'm trying to update my shipping settings page (https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf), but it's not letting me remove calculated shipping rules—I want it to become "not specified." 

There's no way to just save it at "No discount" which is extremely frustrating and the second page does not have an option for not selecting/unselecting anything before the save...

That is an annoying newish interface I haven't seen before.

You can also edit rules here https://cgi5.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SellerShippingPreferences but can't delete the combined calculated rule. I don't recall if the calculated rule could be removed before, but in any case it looks like eBay is forcing use of a rule one way or the other (since they changed the default behavior for listings to combine weights for calculated shipping a while back)

Setting the rule to combine weights is the same as having no combined rule when you have the overall "combine payments" option selected.

Or, you can remove use of any combined shipping rule by unticking "use my calculated shipping rule" in each of your listings.

(if you do so, and have "combine payments" selected in site settings, the default unspecified "combine weights" rule will apply.)
