This new message system and shipping issues

I dont know where else to turn for help on this here and pray i've found the correct place.  Is it just me or is anyone having issues with getting anyone to reply back on this new messages feature?  Shesh. Im a buyer not a seller but come on. I have been waiting 4 days to get a reply before placing an order that id really like to make however, i have issues with the shipper being used and requesting alternate carriers. Humble apologies on my frustrations here.  My issue is this and i hope every seller on here sees this post because this needs to be known.  Im not just prattling my opinion here and all this is factual and i can provide proof (photos, emails to and from support of entities involved, chat logs with support of the entities involved, etc) to back my words. That being said,  I flat out REFUSE to use or have Fed-Ex deliver anything of mine ever again as they are the most unprofessional carriers i have ever seen.  They have absolutely no respect for what they deliver. Meaning that you might as well stop wasting ink on the outside of boxes for special warnings like "handle with care", "this side up", "do not stand up", etc...  they disregard that entirely.  They have opened packages to be delivered to me and in a few cases used the item(s) i ordered before delivering to me. Some of these i cannot send back once used so thus im out money, time and stuck with an unsanitary item that could greatly jeopardize my health.  And i have to eat that cost.  Tampering with mail is a Federal Offense and subject to felony charges and/or imprisonment. AM I WRONG???  Yet they get away with this because no one seems able to find the correct avenue to take in voicing this out. Im hoping this gets some attention. This is a very serious issue that needs addressed.  And please sellers, look at your messages at least once a day and give us potential buyers a reply. Lord, that'd be lovey dovey.

Here is how you address your issue. Find a seller who will respond to you and buy from them. Sellers are not obligated to respond to you. They set there terms as to what carrier they would like to use. This seller decided to use FedEx. There could be a reason for that. They only use 1 carrier. If you have an issue with the item you received due to the carriers fault you contact the seller. If they don't respond then file a case. You have buyers protection. However find another seller who you feel more comfortable with which is responds to you.

A clarification here must be made, humble apologies. None of the issues i spoke of involving fed-ex had anything to do  whatsoever with this platform nor was from this site. I brought that to everyones attention so that they may consider what kind of shippers they chose to use for whatever reason.  Concerning here, I have messaged 8 different sellers here selling the same product and some of these sellers when one looks into thier other products for sale do indeed send from various carriers, tho i believe that would likely be due to where said warehouse is located bearing the product in regards to the location to the consumer or something to that effect]. But regardless, i can remember there being options for shipping here.  For instance, express shipping(2 days normally) overnite, etc. What ever happened to the consumer having the option of what carrier to use? Its the consumers money that pays these carriers when all the expenses and write offs are done anyways and personally, if im to pay above average costs for something(which i dont mind for having assurances of quality), i would at least hope to expect to have the courtesy or luxury of using a carrier i am comfortable with and more importantly trust.  Thats just good business.

When you view an ad look under "shipping see details." If a seller only offers Fed Ex then you agreed to it. To clarify my above comment again if you view the shipping method and the seller offers a carrier you disagree with then purchase from another seller. Yes sellers do offer a carrier preference. If the seller chooses another carrier then the one agreed upon then bring that complaint to the seller. If you prefer other options then again contact you the seller. Not every seller offers multiple carriers. As a seller I only ship stuff USPS. It's right down the street and just quick scan and drop off. Others may not have that luxury of leaving say like you mentioned a warehouse. Warehouses usually ship Fed Ex or UPS.
