Can't list, offers not accepting

All morning when trying to list something I get the continuous blue spinning thing, and when accepting an offer it's taking over an hour to go through. Getting quite tired of all the bugs.

I have accepted two offers, neither have gone through. One was this morning and one was yesterday! They are still showing as if the offer is still there but when I click on it, it says pending. Neither are in my Solds. So frustrating. I just sent messages to both buyers letting them know I did in fact accept their offer, and asked them to let me know how things look on their end.

The offers will not appear as sold until the buyers actually complete payment now.
