Paying for Items error message:

"This item isn't available in the requested quantity. It may have been purchased already, or the listing has expired."

Hello my Fellow eBay community!

This is my first time on one of these discussions. So, I've been having 'Technical Issues" when paying for won action items. Not all of them, just some of them randomly for then that certain item some reason. So, every time I've tried to pay for these items I keep getting this message error "This item isn't available in the requested quantity. It may have been purchased already, or the listing has expired." The page goes no further, it just takes you back to eBay homepage to retry again, and again. I have tried checking out multiple different ways through multiple different portals on many differents times and days. I've tried only paying for that particular item itself through cart checkout, purchase history, unpaid items, and the link to "pay now" through the unpaid item message from eBay I have received for an unpaid item case opening against me due to not being able to pay for it... I kept trying to find a way to contact eBay to try to get it figured out before the case closed against me but I just kept going in circles through the help and contact page with no actual way of help or contact from customer service besides the"call us" or "Have us call you" option. Finally, after trying to figure it out for days I decided to just call ebay for the first time about the issue and told them about the problem. I told them about the issue and tried to explain it and got those 2 items removed . The lady really didn't seem to understand or care but removed the unpaid items and suggested that I pay for items sooner even though that was the whole point that I couldn't pay for it. But... I was just happy to get the strikes off of my record. I ended up having to call again over a week later and told them how I've already had to call before about the same issue and explained it all over again. The lady once again at first acted like it was my fault like I just didn't try or want to pay for the item or something until she said seen how many times I've tried to go to check out then she finally started treating me more a little more seriously.  She said she thought I must have overloaded my account from buying to many items and I shouldn't buy/bid on that much and also acted like I couldn't afford that many purchases. I told her I have the money for the items and I want the items and I would pay for them if I could and that it really sucked not being able to buy them and I just don't know what to do. I told her how I tried check them out multiple different ways and the whole nine while the she was waiting for the computer to load.  After mentioning that I am also a seller she acted surprised and started being nice. Said she could report my account for technical issues but that she didn't know when or if it would be fixed that eBay only really deals with "Worldwide issues." She reported my account and got the unpaid items of off my record (my account was restricted thanks to the strikes) and said to call again if I had issues again. I've called a few more times after that about it but the next people were a lot nicer and easier to deal with because the problem must have been recorded on my account. I didn't have to try to explain as much to not be judged about it and the removed the orders since there was nothing else they could do. After being told "I buy to much I quit buying/bidding on as many items and I didn't seem to have the problem for awhile so I figured they finally must have fixed it... until the other day where I once again tried check out and received that same error message AGAIN. So, I'm now going to have to call them again.... UGH. I just wish there was some other form of contract other then calling them. It really sucks getting my account restricted for something that isn't even my fault and then getting judged like its my fault or something and being treated that way by customer service. I once again now can't buy from certain sellers. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there another form of contact? Anybody know anything about this at all?

How many auctions are you trying to pay for at one time?  From the same seller?

Are you trying to pay from the cart?    You get the error message when you press pay?
