I can't seem to list my item. I keep getting a "This is embarrasing, Listing tool not working" message. And it's been going on for hours. I've tried alternate browsers too. Is this a problem on ebay's side or on mine?

Same problem here. It was ok last week, and I was able to list about a dozen items last night, but then the message popped up whenever I tried to change a category, and then it popped up consistently after I typed in a title and hit the list button. They gave me an extra 200 free listings this month, but that special ends at midnight tonight, so it looks like I won't be listing as many items as I want to.
Something is broken, and given the amount of responses here, it's probably on eBay's side. Is it software, hardware, network, or what? Are they overloaded with items for sale? I'd like to know where to report it to the eBay technicians so they can investigate, and so we can know what the problem is, and how long before it's resolved.

Exact same thing here. Been going on for at least 4 days now (it's currently 3/20/2018, 10:40 am Pacific time).
I've been active Ebay user since 1998, with 100% feedback over 800 times.

Still happening. The button I can't get past is "Create a new listing", whether I change the category or not.

We don't have a reported issue matching this particular error currently, I'd love some further input on this so I can get a ticket filed.

The error occurs when attempting to list an item (both on mobile and deskto application).
Your request couldn't be processed due to a technical issue. Please try again.

At the start of the listing process, it asks for a title:

I key it in, hit "Sell it" button. When the next screen asks for a similar item, I click on the one that matches; when they don't match, or no similar items are found, I hit the "create a new listing" button:
Then the "embarrassing" screen appears:

similiar problems all day for me, but since it's different I would like to know if you're aware of any system problems regarding:
I am creating new templates "managing my Inventory" so that I can list all my new items for sale all at once. This is what I always do. Today, the newly duplicated Template cannot be altered AT ALL. can't change Title, Description, I can't even delete a picture without getting a

error message. never saw anything like this before. I'm not altering or messing with Product Name at all (that actually serves me no real purpose anyhow). Can you shed some light? Seems I can create drafts, then list the item that way, but I lose the listing in my Inventory, which I need because I have to change the template before relisting. this is not how I have been doing things all the way up to this morning. I am assuming (hoping) its system problem or an easy fix.
Any help is appreciated.

Please provide as much of the following information as you can so tyler@ebay Then Tyler will pass on your cases to the tech team. The more info they have to work with the sooner the cause of the problem can be found. If you see others on the boards that are having the same problem direct them to this thread.

What error message are you receiving?
Well, this is embarrassing, etc.
Is this on a mobile device or desktop computer?
Dell laptop.
Which operating system and browser are you using? Which versions do you have installed?
Windows 10, Google Chrome
Does the issue persist on additional browsers or when you are using a private/incognito window?
Haven't tried either.
Which security software are you using? Do you have a Firewall or anti-virus program in place?

What Internet/mobile provider do you use?

Clicked "advanced", I can go farther on it, but that seems to be for sellers with lots of the same item.

Selling on Ebay from 2008, never ever had such problems with listing tool.
And it started 19.03.18, same day I got promotion for opening store and get free 250 listings.
1. When uploading picture, it just stuck on some 60-70% mark and then nothing happens.
2. When uploading picture, it uploads and then returns error message.
3. When whole information is listed, I try to finish it clicking on "list item" and it just stuck forever.
So what is the point of promotion? I won't ever pay for store with such listing problems, from 19.03.18 I listed maybe 5-10 items. Ebay promoting tech problems?

Having a similar issue - started 3/16/18 and I gave up for that day. Then, started trying to relist again today and got the "This is Embarassing" three times in a row after two successful listings.

First occurred today.
I'm not receiving an error message it just spins once you click on fix it in the mobile friendly button.
