Sold Best Offers Still in Active Listings with quantity 0

I found several items - that I sell under collectible with a quantity of 1 (and only 1 available)- where I had accepted a best offer but they still show up in active listings with quantity zero.  

That means with the GTC option they will continue to relist even though there is nothing to sell.  Seems like this is either a glitch or very unethical.

Go to your account settings, site preferences and turn off the "Use Out of Stock Option".  Many have this set by default and dont' know it.  Turning it off will allow the listings to move to your solds page.

Thanks - it was turned on - but think it must have been part of the change to GTC as I have not had that happen before the change.
