The seller has tried to fix the issue by taking down and re-listing the item but that failed to fix this issue. I had originally sent the seller an offer for the item and they missed the timeline to accept it but let me know if I was still interested in the item to send them the offer again and they would accept. So that’s what I tried to do when the error popped up stating that I couldn’t buy the item because the seller has a limit of one per customer every ten days. Does anyone know how to fix this?
