The site isn't working property since ebay switched the language in Hungarian users

Since the last week the ebay.com almost unusable in Hungary.

At the past the whole country use the site in English language, without problem, but now most of the functions isn't working due to the language change.

The Account Settings not working, the search, and search result is a terrible and useless data-mass...etc.

Most of the old users don't want the hungarian language, and nobody can switch back to the good-working english.

Almost all browser is tried, we try with in vpn too etc...

If the user registered from Hungary, the site working only and forced in hungarian language.

This very frustrating, and a lot of user frustrated in public forums, nd the support is U-N-A-V-I-A-B-L-E under the Help & Contact menu...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Someone give a little button with a choose: EN or HUN, because the hungarian localization of the site is a REALLY TERRIBLE (and most of the account functions isn't working)

thank you.

If you are a buyer in central Europe, you may have better results shopping on ebay.co.uk or ebay.ie rather than ebay.com.

Hi.

Thank you for your reply. We not just shopping, selling too....  And we don't want use the co.uk etc... (UK is not part of the EU anymore VAT, TAX), and the co.uk not list the whole selection. We want use the eBay.com (with the normal ENG language)

Cheers

Re: The site isn't working property since ebay switched the language in Hungarian users

According to eBay, users running into this issue should get in touch with eBay.

Since the Help & Contact links do not work if you are experiencing this problem, try contacting eBay via social media:

https://twitter.com/askebay

https://www.facebook.com/eBay/

Or try contacting eBay via another country site such as ebay.co.uk or ebay.ie and request a chat with an agent.

Provide customer support your username and the following number which should allow eBay to identify the problem you are experiencing: ALERT13931.
