i posted this problem somewhere else and it was suggested i post it over here. EVERYTIME i enter a shipping weight on the "new improved" listing page, the numbers that i type into the little boxes are automatically deleting themselves. i've been aware of this for a while, and i try to catch it, but just today, i wound up with a grossly under weighted jacket where the buyer has paid the shipping and i had to accept the difference as my responsibility. i'm using firefox as my browser. someone else commented on the first thread that they too are using firefox and not having the same problem. so, i don't know what to do. when you first changed to the "new improved" listing page i noticed it was automatically deleting in the pounds box, but tonight when i was listing the pounds seemed to be staying put. however, the ounces box automatically deleted every time. please advise.
