The link for updating automatic payouts is corrupted

The link using https://www. to take you to ebay.com/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/setting-changing-automatic-payment-method/updating-bank-account-details-payouts?id=4796 doesn't  work. It doesn't say it's an error or page can't be found but it takes you to a list of servers. What is that all about?  I've used that link literally dozens of times to help sellers update or add their checking account and today it's screwed up.

This has just started happening for me on a laptop. I don't use my phone or the eBay app for eBay (or any other financial website) because it is way too easy to hack a smartphone.

I don't use my phone for anything but texting , phoning, reading books, telling time, and watching TV shows because I don't know how to move them to my TV.

But the desktop takes me to the site I choose.

And if I chose the wrong site, I change the URL from dotCOM to dotCA.

Actually on the computer I can access any site. In the past week I have checked Australia and India as well as the US and Canada sites.

I’ve never been redirected to an eBay .ca help page when I am on .com. I don’t believe that’s how it is intended to work. I use safari on my iPad (not the app) and FF on my pc.  I haven’t been around the last couple of days but tonight when I clicked on the link that redirected you it sent me to .com, not .ca.
