I use Chrome...in incognito mode, this issue is not reproducible....

Don't know what is the problem...

All cookies have been deleted and cash also...

And this problem happens again

There's more than one server running things so the server you are connected with may have been fixed or not involved in the outage.

The message inbox can be reached, and messages can be read using a mobile browser in mobile or classic mode, or by using the eBay app.
