Templates unusable all of a sudden

When I attempt to use the template the Insert/Mange options are now too far away. When my cursor tries to move past the gap the dialog disappears. I've listed hundreds of items with this tool and this browser (CHROME) and this issue just popped up yesterday. I've restarted browser and even the computer as in an attempt to fix.

Any difference if you hold down the shift key and refresh the page?

How about if you try a different browser?

It works in Firefox

If it works in another browser, try clearing your cache ("for all time") in Chrome, and possibly manually deleting your eBay cookies.

Did not change anything have just been using Firefox to list. Tried it today again in Chrome and it is back to normal.
