Technical problem with listings not visible in my store

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone else had similar issues... I tried calling a helpline with the number given by the help center just to hear the pre-recorded message to come back to the resolution centre... I spoke with a representative by live chat and they promised to look into that but nothing has happened for a week...

Following is a problem I am facing

1. A very small portion of my listing is visible for UK and US customers even though US, Canada, and UK visibility has been selected. 

2. The problem has been proved by my Customers from respected regions ( customers has sine anything between 5-35 listings while the shop has roughly 120 listings available at all time)

3. Investigation with the use of VPNs and different PCs and Phones has resulted in similar observations.

4. The problem was also replicated by the customer service representative with the promise of problem escalation and quick resolution (No communication received since then).

5. Listings are not shown in search results even when the exact term is searched

6. Listings have been placed on eBay at various times but most of them are older than 72 hours

7. Currently, I am not even able to remove old listings, eBay prompts information about missing pages while I am trying to delete auctions, which further assures me that this is a technical issue

My sales went down by 75 % so you can imagine that I am in bug trouble... Can anyone advise what can be done here? Have you had the same problem? How had you fixed it?

I see 9 listings that ship to me in the US.

Have you tried posting this on the UK or Ireland board?  Perhaps others based in Ireland might have similar problems.  This is the U.S. board here and I'm unaware of these issues specifically, so don't think it's a US system glitch.  If you can't get any help by calling eBay - try connected via social media facebook page.  That usually works for me.  Hope this can be resolved soon for you.
