CANNOT access 'last 60 days' of Purchase History ORDERS

I came looking for answers about accessing Purchase History only to find problems unlike mine. I can navigate right to the page, but cannot get to my orders! I keep getting, 'Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later.' Well, TWO MONTHS later, here I am.

I order a LOT of small items from China. It would be Very Nice to know of a way to view the purchase information when the order arrives, but I keep getting some nonsense about sending a ticket, escalating, blah blah. Something tells me if this error had happened in the billing department or some area affecting ebay's money, this issue would have been solved already. They already got paid so I guess it doesn't matter, or someone would have figured it out by now. Two months is More Than Enough time for this to have been solved.

Any suggestions of a workaround? I did get one useful tip this morning. There is an option to PAY FOR YOUR ORDERS USING PAYPAL. This would give you an additional option in searching for your orders. Wish I would have found this out two months ago...

CANNOT access 'last 60 days' of Purchase History ORDERS

I have seen similar posts, but Purchase History seems to be loading for me.

If you are using the eBay app, try using a mobile browser instead. Try using mobile mode, and also try using desktop mode. It seems that some iOS users with many recent purchases have trouble viewing purchases in the eBay app.

If the problem is just with the "Last 60 days", try viewing the entire year of 2021.

If you are already using a desktop browser, try another browser to see if that makes a difference for you.

You should also be able to see your orders on your Summary page, if the problem is with the Purchase History page itself.

https://www.ebay.com/myb/Summary#PurchaseHistoryOrdersContainer?ipp=25&Period=2&cmid=2749

If none of that helps, you should be able to see your purchases by going to your Purchase History page on another site such as ebay.co.uk, ebay.ca or ebay.com.au.
