Technical problem viewing messages within each topic on Managed Payments board

Unlike the other message boards I've looked at there seems to be a technical glitch today in the MP group board.  Within each thread, we are now missing the icon to go to next message or previous message.  Additionally, if I click on the thread topic, it does not always go to the OP.  Sometimes it starts at a reply in the middle.  Other boards seem to have a list of replies below the OP now, but not MP group board.

Problem still exists on the Managed Payments groups board.  The messages within a thread are not navigable.  Can anyone help with this?  All other message boards have a list of replies to the original post below it now, but not the MP board.
