If a ticket issued for a problem sellers having on drafts vanishing...I have lost 50.....is there a way of seeing an update or do you have to call and ask for update.  When reported was told would have a call or email in 3 days....nothing received.  Don't want to redo the drafts to have them deleted again.

Calling in would be a waste of time. Just check the pinned post on the tech issues board, or any of the active discussions about drafts on that board.

Either people will report it's no longer an issue, or that pinned post will be updated with the issue moved down into the 'resolved/closed' section.
