I just tried ending one of my listings and nothing happens. I also tried contacting a seller about a purchase and got a red error page saying he is no longer available on e-bay? When I try to file a ticket there is no option to do so. What is going on?

Which browser? Latest version? Any difference if you try another browser?

Is the seller still on eBay? Go to the seller's feedback page, and if there is no indication that the seller is no longer registered, try contacting the seller through that page. If prompted for an item number, use a current listing or choose "not about an item".

When I try to file a ticket there is no option to do so. What is going on?

You must contact customer service through the Help & Contact page to get a ticket opened for a technical issue.

I just tried it and now it seems to be working. The only reason I was asking is because there was nothing about that topic when I read the technical issue list e-bay was trying to resolve. As for that seller who I could not contact, it seems after he sold numerous bubble wrap rolls his account was closed leaving everyone holding the bag. Now we have to wait until August 4th until we can open a case. He was from Hong Kong which was not mentioned anywhere in his listing, and the original delivery dates were 7/26/23 - 7/29/23 not 8/4/23. 

I really appreciate your fast reply and great information which I will keep in mind next time.
