Dear all,
I am trying to list an item to sell, and when I go to list the item Ebay says that 'We are having technical difficulties' and I cannot list the item. Going through Customer Services gets me nowhere unfortunately. I am new to this and I think I've done everything correctly, but I may have messed up somewhere. Is there a solution or do I just have to wait it out until whatever-it-is is fixed?
