I am having several issues with my account. How can I have my account checked for technical issues? Is there anything that I can do?

1) Listings not showing in store.

2) Slow sales

3) Sold items showing active- this has been going on for several months.

4) Shipping issues

I have been selling on eBay for years and I have never had this many problems. It's very discourging.

Unofficially, the only way to get someone on the phone, is to pretend your account has been hacked and call customer service. It may seem dishonest, but it's the only way.

A lot of sellers are complaining about slow sales.

If your sold items are staying active, turn off the out of stock option in your site preferences, if you don't use it.

4) Shipping issues
What kind of shipping issues?
