Technical Error when Invoicing

Can’t send my sellers an invoice. I got to send an invoice and receive a message on screen saying technical error try again later. This has been ongoing for the last 7 hours

I’m on the Australian site. I finally got it to work late last night. Thanks for letting me know I was in the wrong place also.
