I have noticed when I accept an offer, that when I go to send an invoice, only one of the shipping options shows up.
I usually give at least 2 options for shipping in my listings, regular shipping and Priority. It used to be when creating an invoice, Ebay would leave both options on the invoice and calculate the postage from the info in the listing.
Now, when I prepare an invoice, only 1 option is available, usually the first in the listing. I am able to add another option for the buyer to choose from, but I have to calculate the postage on the USPS website. I assume the added postage option on the invoice actually reaches the buyer, but who knows.
I just read about Ebay's initiative to show buyer's only the best shipping options. I assume this glitch on the invoice creation page is related to this initiative. Please check on this as the previous ways invoices were created was better for sellers.
