Not sure why this is happening, but it needs to get fixed. This problem started yesterday evening. I can Not access my Summary page. My purchase history is also unaccessible.
I was having problems Friday, all my watch list items were displayed in in large format (big pics and descriptions took up more space than was necessary). I found no way to fix this problem or edit this page.
I can access other areas of my account through Homepage/my ebay and I can access these sections through my mobile device, but I need this to work on my PC.
Is this another improvement/upgrade to Ebay????" Im not pleased if it is. This problem seems to happen every fall. Right now, as things stand Ebay is not useful.
I have been at this for 20+ years, but accessibility and customization of my Ebay pages has become less an less.
Ebay " If isnt broke Dont fix it"

Summary and Purchase History are loading for me.
Try using another link to rule out a problem with either of those things, particularly if you are using a bookmark to reach those pages.
https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase
https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/summary
If those pages load better in another browser, try clearing your browser cache in the original browser, or else try manually erasing just your eBay cookies.

I'm having the exact same issue, I'm met with the it's not you, it's us error. I've cleared my cache, deleted cookies manually and it doesn't seem to have resolved the issue. As OP has stated the app works perfectly fine.

Also been having the same issue all weekend. Clearing cache different browsers etc etc has no effect. As others have said app works fine. Sort it out ebay!

I just tried Chrome 130.0.6723.70 (Official Build) (64-bit) on my Windows 10 machine, and Purchase History is loading for me.
Any difference if you try another browser, or a private or incognito browser window?

I've tried 2 other browsers as well as another computer but I'm getting the same result sadly.

Huh that actually works, I am UK based which I should have mentioned. I don't know if there's an issue with UK eBay?

Excellent. At least you have some way to check your purchase history on your computer.
I don't know if there's an issue with UK eBay?
I seem to be able to see my Purchase History on the UK site:
It might also be worth trying ebay.ie to see if that works.

I tried the link you provided there and it does not work, but you are right I still have a way to check things it's just not ideal.

I'm having the exact same problem. I've been on the phone for hours with ebay 'customer support' (LOL!). Script readers who can't do a thing about this. They are able to replicate the problem on their equipment with their browsers - it has NOTHING to do with the user's PC (I also jumped thru the hoops of deleting cache ... etc.). The scrip readers told me that there is no problems like this being reported (they lie). I cannot access my Summary page or my Purchase History AT ALL. It's a big PITA and ebay support isn't interested in fixing it.
I've been a member for 25 years. I've about had it.

It has nothing to do with whatever browser you're using. The problem is stated in the very first words of the error: "It's not you." The problem is replicated by ebay support staff on their equipment using their browsers in their environment. The problem is squarely ebay's and ebay's lack of enthusiasm in fixing it is maddening.

When it comes to "Would you like me to send you a link?" Say, 'no' and then say 'team mate' and you'll be connected with Juan or Jose or some bubbly 12 year old Filipino girl. Perhaps if more people called about this problem ebay might feel compelled to actually do something about it.
