Likewise I've had the problem for the past couple of months. I have reported it 3 times and spent hours on the phone with Ebay. They still haven't made any progress which is absolutely ridiculous. I've tried Edge, Chrome and now using Firefox which may be slightly better. I struggle to save to drafts and list, with the greyed out page flashing slowly at me. Closing the browser and logging back in does not help. You have to reload your PC. I'm sure it's to do with the amount of memory allocated within the Ebay system. I tend to upload many photos. If you upload only 2 or 3, it is likely to save to drafts. Any more and it's likely to lock up. If you save your listing, you can then add a further 2 or 3 photos successfully and so on. It takes ages. As a business eller I am losing money, my 700 People Watching are also frustrated and Ebay is loing money. What did they change 2 or 3 months ago? It's not rocket science and about time this was solved. The worse thing about it being, 2 of my calls were closed because Ebay support noticed I had listed a few items. Yes I did, but with 10 times the effort and time!
