So I get the following message every day:
You need to update your account details on file – this is required to send you the payments when you sell.
If I click on UPDATE, I get the following message:
Thanks, we're verifying your updated information
Once this process is complete, any payout hold notifications will disappear provided you don't have other account issues.
I have called eBay about every week for the past several months to get this problem fixed and the agent puts me on hold several times during the call and then assures me that the problem has been corrected and it will take 48 hours before I see the results. eBay gives me the same story on every call. Well after a dozen calls to eBay about this, I still get the message whenever I log into my account.
Anyone have any suggestions?
