Still not working

Getting message(s) from buyer(s) who are asking if I will take less and offers an amount they want to spend, in this case I have no issue with his offer...hit the "send offer" button enter his offer...and that is the end of the trail....no way to send to buyer with money in hand....again ebay hinders sales...this is about the 3rd or 4th one I lost.

As soon as I saw that screenshot I did not have to read anything in this thread to know this is the answer. Your browser is zoomed in too large @quicksilverdiecast .

Use Ctrl and - to zoom out your view and the button to submit the offer will appear.
