Still have questions? Contact seller page doesn't load

Linked form page loads up blank this morning - can't communicate to sellers.  I tried 3 different sellers as test.

I see the same blank page when going through the contact link in the seller's listing in multiple browsers.

As a temporary workaround, try contacting the seller through the seller's feedback or profile page. That seems to work differently. [edited to add: choose the "not about an item" option to get the working message form]

There seems to be a problem contacting sellers through the contact link on an item listing leading to a blank page instead of a message entry form.

That's not working now, leads to same blank page....

That's [the contact link on the feedback or profile page] not working now, leads to same blank page....

Choose the "not about an item" option to get to a different page that works.

Something about the process that links the individual listing to the message seems to be broken.
