Still have questions? Contact Seller link opens then collapses

If a seller doesn't put all of the details I want to know in an auction, I used to be able to click the "contact seller" link and it would bring me to a page with several basically useless options that wont help.  Then I click on the "contact seller" link where it used to open up a form where I could contact the seller.  This section opens up then collapses before I can send them a question.  I have tried both firefox and edge.  Anyone else having this issue?

Seems to be working for me in Firefox at the moment. The Sendmsg page opens and I can compose a message and hit send.

Try another browser, or another device.

Thanks for the reply.  I have tried chrome, firefox, and edge.  I have also tried a different computer.  All the same issue.

Is this all with the same seller, or different sellers?
