Multiple Transactions-Same Buyer Issue

Just a heads-up. This is something you can watch for and report to customer service if it happens on your account.
I had a buyer complete three transactions last night within 20 minutes (same user ID and same shipping info).
The first two transactions qualified for my promotional free shipping and it was applied, so no problem there. The third transaction was for a single item and DID NOT qualify for my promotional free shipping. However, in this transaction, the buyer DID NOT pay the shipping charge and I was charged the $0.30 transaction fee, which makes it appear to indeed be a separate transaction. If this single item were included with either of the other two transactions, it would have qualified for free shipping.
I have similar transactions frequently, where the buyer completes several transactions and ends up paying too much for shipping and I refund the buyer the excess shipping charge they paid. This is not the case for this particular buyer's transactions.
I reported the issue to CS and the rep could easily see what I was talking about. I will get a refund for the $0.30 transaction fee and the CSR forwarded to info to the tech team.
$0.30 is not a big deal if it is a one off occurrence. However, if it happens frequently those small fees can ad up.
