Today in the middle of making listings, the only options to drop down for both shipping and payment policies became a single one for each. I have been troubleshooting this for hours and pulling my hair out. I have not changed my methods of posting and in fact had posted several items successfully both yesterday and today beforehand. here are the methods I have looked into for troubleshooting, with no dice:
-signing out and back in
-changing browsers
-trying to make a new shipping policy (red text telling me a duplicate already existed pops up- infuriating as it was nowhere to be seen lol)
-trying to make a fresh listing rather than using the "have one to sell" function
-checking my account settings to see if some policies had been mysteriously deleted- they were all present and accounted for
Some things to note: I was originally on safari which I assumed might be an issue as it doesnt always play well with website. Switched to chrome, exact same issues. No clue what is going on and the forums weren't much help with this particular one other than someone else who wound up having them not showing up int heir settings and having to call someone at ebay about it- the difference being, I can still see all of them! Just not in the drop down when I am listing! So frustrating. I would say it happened around 4 pm Eastern time today, Wednesday Jan 22. I have provided all the info I can think of off the top of my head, if anyone has any other ideas I might try I am open to suggestions. Thanks so much!

Same here. Not just shipping policies, but also return and payment policies.
Affecting both drafts and active listings.
If anybody needs to make immediate adjustments to active listings, do it it through the bulk editor as that appears to be working.
You also can click the ? on the lower right of the seller hub active listings page to submit a tech report without having to contact CS. The more sellers reporting, the more quickly eBay will prioritize a fix.
I tagged eBay reps on the tech issues board here and they replied.

Thank you so much for your proactive work on this haha, I’m still a bit new to selling on eBay so this is my first technical issue I couldn’t handle myself, glad to know there’s a tech specific board in the future. Appreciate the info and the update tremendously! Huzzah!
