Shipping Policy Bug

When creating a new listing, or revising a current listing on PC (Google Chrome) the drop down menu in the shipping section is not allowing us to choose between our existing shipping policies and just displaying the current shipping policy.

Chiming in to say I'm having the same problem. Over a dozen active Shipping Policies, but it only shows one. Edit: that's happening on my business/listing account, not on this user account.

Have the same problem. Looks like its all business policies because I cannot change payment policy either. Only getting one option per drop down.

Same here. Not just shipping policies, but also return and payment policies.

 

Affecting both drafts and active listings.

 

If anybody needs to make immediate adjustments to active listings, do it it through the bulk editor as that appears to be working.

 

You also can click the ? on the lower right of the seller hub active listings page to submit a tech report without having to contact CS.

me too!  Only gives me Priority in the dropdown instead of the multiple ones I use on a daily basis.  So frustrating!!!

Same problem here. I have over a dozen policies but wont show them on the drop down! It will however bring them up if I erase the current policy it is on then I can choose another.  What a pain!!

Same problem here. Does ebay ever respond on these pages to these issues? I know people have mentioned MANY times in the past of ebay automatically creating business policies (shipping, returns) and replacing ones they created with ones ebay randomly creates. Its been a glitch for a long time that has never been resolved yet.

Feels like it's worth mentioning this again:

 

You can click the ? on the lower right of the seller hub active listings page to submit a tech report without having to contact CS. Takes less than a minute. The more sellers reporting, the more quickly eBay will prioritize a fix.
