I've noticed this a bit in the last week, that Stamps.com would miss 1 or 2 orders to import into the software... about 2-3% of the entire import list.
But today it's missing a ton of orders when I import. I'm even periodically clicking the import orders button hoping that the system is just lagging. But I've noticed the orders that are missing aren't necessarily the most recent sales... items that are sold after the missing ones import successfully. So it's random.
But today so far a whopping 26% of the entire awaiting shipment list is missing when I import them to Stamps.com. 11 orders out of 42 fail to import. Creating labels in ebay takes at least 5 times slower than my process on Stamps.com. So you can imagine the headache. Anyone else getting this problem? Any suggestions?

It's a stamps.com problem, call them.

I'm not experiencing this problem. Are you using the web client or their software? If you're using their software try uninstalling and re-installing. If that doesn't work then call stamps.com tech support @bigdeals.etc
