Cannot sign in to Packlink with 2FA via mobile app enabled

It is impossible to sign in to Packlink to print a label if mobile 2FA is enabled, because clicking on the packlink tab redirects to a page demanding a Paypal key with a 6-digit code. I have never had such a key and cannot retrieve such a code, and the page seems old and unmaintained judging from the quality of the layout. I am very sure this is a bug with mobile 2FA affecting the new Packlink integration because disabling 2FA allows me to print a label as normal.

I am not familiar with Packlink, but last month when lots of folks were having problems with eBay's checkout dealing with PayPal's 2FA, one user suggested looking at the PayPal OneTouch setting as a way to provide a token for your mobile device. Provided that does not cause other security issues for you, that might be an alternative to disabling 2FA altogether:
