My items for sale are not being correctly sorted when clicking the Lowest price + shipping button. Is this a problem that Ebay is aware of? Everyone should check their items for sale to see if they are being correctly listed as to lowest price + shipping.

When I looked at your listings, I see the (default) Best Match first, but had no trouble filtering to 'Lowest to highest' and found a $1.25 Bo Jackson card in the space that previously held a $24.99 Preston Mattingly. Looks okay from here...

Everyone having this search/sort issue where the lowest price + shipping button is not correctly sorting items needs to call or report the problem to ebay so they will know this is a serious issue that is costing us and them sales. I reported under Twitter/X @AskeBay

I did report it today, the rep I talked to said she wasn't aware of any problems but she was able to verify my items were not sorting by lowest price and she made a report.

This is a known issue that has been popping up for the past few months. I remember reading a few months ago that they are currently working on it so hang in there.

I only checked a couple this morning and it looks like lowest to highest was indexing correctly.

I call every day now.
They are claiming there is glitch that they are working on but then say that promoted items should be on top but on top by 100 items? I think it is so broken.
I added a few promoted items to my list and 1 is still buried by 70 items.
The only thing we can do is call and point out this problem until we hear them acknowledge it is a BIG problem.
If customers can't sort by price they will get angry when they find one cheaper later and request a return or additional discount from the original seller.
Eventually they will shop elsewhere.

I contacted Customer Support, but they didn't even create a ticket. They asked me to use the "Feedback" icon you see on the lower right side of your search results.

Did you scroll down? Because I find that the listings at the top are sorted lowest to highest for a couple rows, but then partway down the page there are suddenly other listings that are lower.

I hate to say it but I would call back and get a different agent.
The Feedback is not going to be given any priority in my opinion.
Or you could do both just in case.
