Bulk shipping not working

When I try to go to bulk shipping tool screen is just black and says "no healthy upstream"

Same here on app and on the website. Very annoying and time consuming having to do each order individually

Hey @lacshirle-8! Our Product team wanted to reach out and offer assistance on this. Can you share how you are getting to the bulk shipping section? Also, can you share the screen you are on with the link to bulk shipping.

I was able to work around this by importing my shipping to a 3rd party service

I tried, but could not replicate this issue on 2 different browsers.

Are you seeing the error when you go direct to https://www.ebay.com/ship/bulk ?

Sometimes we see site updates rolled out on Tuesdays so I wonder if maybe eBay was working on the site last night?

I have tried on different web browsers and the same message appears. Also on the app I go to help put in the search bar bulk shipping. It takes me to the page and says. No healthy upstream have you got a way for me to upload a screen shot. 
I have put my shop on holiday until it sorts out it’s too much to send each order individually

This is INSANE! I have 32 items to ship! After a 3 day weekend?!?!?!? It's going to take me all day to make these labels! Get it together eBay!!!!!!

I figured it out! They changed the website URL for it over the weekend without telling us. It's now  https://www.ebay.com/ship/bulk 


It used to be https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk

Have you tried a private browsing mode window to see if that helps for now @glopur @bridgeh0mewares ?

Ah, there you go. You guys were using old bookmarks? Not sure how that relates to one person saying the app was problematic.

I posted that new link in my post above with hopes it would help all of you.
