Sorting and selling tools not working with Mac

When I go to my ebay/active sales and try to sort my chart by either time left, watchers, bids.......doesnt do anything. This is on a Mac. Seems to be working fine when I'm on my desktop at work.

Also have a problem when I'm at "ended" and I try to do a search for an item. Example: I entry "sold" , past "7 days"...Enter. My results sold every auction (sold and unsold) in the past 90 days.

Please help. Thanks in advance

Re: Sorting and selling tools not working with Mac

Most of my selling tools are not working when I click on them either. I thought it might be a softwear problem and would be eventually corrected. It has has happened once before a few years ago.. It now has been 2 days and its very difficult to do anything with active items.

Are you able to use an alternative page to get what you need done?

Selling Overview:

Alternate Sold:

Maybe its something to do with my Mac?

Re: Sorting and selling tools not working with Mac

Many folks use more than one browser. If you have Firefox installed on your Mac, simply open Firefox, go to ebay.com, sign in, and try to do whatever you were doing with Safari previously.

It is not necessary to stop using Safari; you can use both Safari and Firefox at the same time.

If you do not already have Firefox, you should be able to download it here:

Re: Sorting and selling tools not working with Mac

if ebay works well using a mobile device but not the regular computer try installing the latest computer updates first. Also try using ebay on chrome or firefox. If this doesn't work it seems something is wrong with the computer. Same thing happened to be so I finally got a new mac and it works perfectly. When I tried to transfer data from old mac to new one it wouldn't work so I knew the old one was messed up. Seems my comport was just too ancient.
