When sending money for return I got a message "Something went wrong, it's not you it's us, go back and try again".
So I tried over and over.
I thought maybe I don't have enough money in my account.
So I tried just sending money for the item without the shipping and it went through. Once it went through I couldn't figure out how to pay for the shipping. This was late at bedtime and I was frustrated and thought I'm going to deal with it in the morning before work.
By morning I already had a bad feedback because of not paying shipping.
I said to eBay I would like to pay for shipping and would like for them to please take off the bad feedback. They said they couldn't do it. I am always honest with my buyers and take care of whatever needs to be taken care of. This is my first bad feedback. Now I'm stuck with it.
I have glitches all the time on the eBay app. I just had a buyer send me an offer and I can't okay it because it keeps saying. "Oops, something went wrong. Try again".
And that's all I keep getting over and over it will not go through.
So I went into messages to try and take that route and still could not okay the offer. It seems like there's a glitch every day. Very frustrating.
