Getting this error on all my orders this morning - something on my end only or is it widespread?

Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label. still the same not fixed,,only on ups for me,,ebay tech get off your butts and address the issue,,could be UPS has pulled the pug on ebay too,,i wonder
