Some of my listings do not appear when searched. TWO EXAMPLES: I have 9 candlestick telephones listed. Go to the main page and type in 'CANDLESTICK TELEPHONE' sort lowest to high and buy it now... all my phones are buy it now $99.99 plus $19.99 shipping so when you scroll down to about $120... NONE ARE THERE! I have many football jersey listed - none are being watched. Another example: Go again to the main screen. Type in 'ARIZONA CARDINALS JERSEY' - Search priced low to high and buy it now - I have about 20 listed - they are all $9.99 + $9.99 shipping - scroll down to $20 - NONE are there. I have over 2400 listings. I do not have the time to search every one but I am sure there are others not showing up as my sales and people watching listings is way down! Customer service seams to be worthless or does not care. I have called customer service no less than 7-8 times. I have spoken to no less than 16-17 people. l have been told I am correct and the examples listings stated here are not appearing. All said they would document and escalate this to the tech team. All say they will escalate the issue to the upper management. All told me it would be resolved in 48-72hrs and someone will get back to me. Well we are going past THREE WEEKS. Nothing has been done,. My listings are still not showing up, my sales are down and NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. Does anyone there care? When will this be fixed? After football and Christmas season have passed.
