Sold items stuck in unsold!

I have items that sold over 1/2 hour ago, the indicate that they were sold but are stuck in "UNSOLD"

 This issue happens from time to time with Auctions.    

This is what worked to fix the problem in the past>

1. go to the list of Ended items

2. Click on those miscategorized items

3. Click on Bids links to go to bids history

4. Refresh that page.

In the Action column the link "Send Invoice" will get added and now the item will be correctly listed in Awaiting payment list.

I had the same exact issue tonight.  Called ebay Customer Support and agent acknowledged a broader system issue causing this and that they were working on it.  I followed the advice of @Comics-scifi_collectibles and it worked!!!  Thank you!

Glad to help. Always best to check with the community first when you have a problem.  We are experienced  "boots on the ground " so to speak so we recognize technical issues and sometimes have a work around.  

I expect this problem to be resolved by sometime tomorrow at the latest.

Probably works great for Seller Hub users, but what about those of us who prefer the original format? Any suggestions? I, too, contacted eBay and they acknowledged the system wide issue. I would much prefer to get my sells invoiced sooner rather than later. With this latest glitch, I did not even receive relisting suggestions for the auctions closing wihtout a bid.
