Sold items showing as unsold

My item ended and had two bids but shows up as unsold and no way to send invoice

This happens every now and then.It will usually correct itself in a few hours, or you can

go to the Unsold list, click on number of BIDS next to the item, which takes you to Bid History and the Send Invoice will appear on the right or , if not, refresh the page maybe several times and the Send Invoice will appear. Sending the Invoice will put it back in the right area.

I had the same thing happen tonight on an ending auction with a winning bidder. I did what you outlined and the auction did go from my "unsold" to the proper category, "sold".
