Sold Listings that ended today are Appearing in the Unsold Category, Here's a fix that worked for me

I had 4 items that sold today but went to the unsold section with an option to relist despite there being winning bids on all 4 items.  However, when I clicked on the bid history from the unsold section to review, eBay automatically notified me that they were sold and moved them to the awaiting payment section.  I received payment for 1 item so far and I'm just waiting for the other 3 to clear so I can ship.  Really strange...

Something similar happened on Feb 28 2021 which eBay attributed to a latency issue. Too many listings renewing today on this short month and it can impact listings showing up in unsold instead of sold.

I'd expect this to be back to "normal" by tomorrow. If you see the problem recur after today come back and post an update.
