First of all, why can't you contact ebay customer service directly by email on these issues? What is ebay doing to the systems???? In the last few months, I have had three very frustrating problems arise. When I try to check my watch or purchase list, it takes forever to load, if it loads at all. When it does, if I try to scroll down the list, it freezes for minutes before I can scroll to the next few items, then it freezes again. I can shop for new items and I do not have this problem, only my watch/purchase list. I Googled it, and there are hundreds of responses, mostly claiming ebay is running too many ads, causing this. Many suggested Adblock, which I tried, but it did not work. I also cleared all cookies. Calling for phone support was no help at all.
And now, just in the last few days, If I do manage to get to my watch list, I have an issue when deleting an item. You used to be able to delete an item, then return to the list at the point you left it. Now, it returns me to the top of the list every time you delete an item.
This is occurring on both my laptop and tablet.
