How do we inform eBay when the only help is a never ending "help" guide, an AI chatbot that is useless, and customer service who tell you, "It's your fault.". No kidding a customer service person told me this about another issue that was all about eBay's ridiculous shipping algorithm not adjusting for volume of packaging.  They still haven't fixed it.

That's not a tech error, it's by design. You control your options, such as not allowing combined shipping rates on items that have to be shipped separate, setting up limits on the number of items a buyer can purchase, using 12x12x12 dimensions on your listings so cubic shipping rates aren't a factor, etc. If you need more help, start a new thread with specifics and people here will help you.
