It seems as of June 30th, 2023, some buyers when placing a bid are forced to automatically pay. This basically makes my combined shipping policy moot, and my buyers must pay the highest shipping fee possible with every single item.
When I as a seller reach out to the support team, they tell me disable "require payment method" from my buyer requirements, which I did, and the buyers with this issue are still are being forced to auto pay, and therefore can't utilize my combined shipping at all. Here is a screenshot of what they see when they try to bid.
Support is not very helpful for the buyers who try to reach out themselves. Does anyone have a solution to
this that works?
