I need to solve this. The shopping cart / cart https://cart.payments.ebay.com/sc/view
will not load and I get an error message.
Used a different browser. Same thing. Restarted computer. Nothing. Not an internet connection problem.
Every other thing on ebay loads. Every page.
If I can't load that page, I cannot 'pay only this seller' for anything, and therefore this entire site has basically become useless if I can't pay for anything. In about three days, if I win any of the auctions I already bid on, I won't be able to pay for them.
This needs to be fixed.
