The default view of the Purchase History page on the desktop site is "the last 60 days", so if your transactions are older than that, you will need to change the "show items from" pulldown menu at the top of the "orders" section to the current calendar year (previous two years are also available to view).
The app operates a little differently, so it may show you older transactions by default, but some may be greyed out and not viewable if the listings have since expired.
