If I use my Android phone's browser but do NOT login, then go to items listed for my user ID, I can see shipping costs listed under each item's BIN price BUT when I click on individual items, shipping cost no longer there & everything changes to "Will not ship (buyer must pick up)" under Shipping & Returns section.
List of items showing shipping cost
Individual item page with NO shipping cost listed, just pick up
Expanded "Shipping & Returns" on same item page showing NO shipping & stating that I don't ship at all, but only offer free local pick up
I had this on a different post that someone else made about how wonky making & accepting offers has become, but thought it deserved its own post & didn't want to detract from that post any more than I already had.
Whether someone is logged in or not, sellers' shipping charges should show up when we set them up & it most definitely shouldn't be falsely telling buyers that we won't ship anything.
Has anyone else looked at their items for sale from different devices, without logging in, to get an idea of what the buyers are seeing? I would move on to the next item if I were a buyer & saw that a seller "will not ship". This is concerning.

Sure was hoping someone would chime in and tell me that eBay is at least aware of this, and better yet, working on it or at least asking questions.
But nope.
"Ships to: Will not ship (buyer must pick up)" is blatantly false, and needs to be fixed.
This is making me miss the dial-up days where we had to figure up shipping based on zip or country code + weight & communicate with the buyer before they would even place a bid (or use manually input html & insert a table w/shipping amounts to different areas).
At least back then, if we made a mistake, it was our fault - we didn't have eBay itself telling potential buyers that we don't ship when we most certainly do. The code is broken & needs to be fixed.
